I love the Kailua location. Easy to get there, parking was fine. The spa is well appointed. The best thing about MW is Malia. She has the best energy and knows what she is doing. No. The Nefertiti Lift targets muscle activity, not excess fat beneath the chin. If submental fullness is contributing to your concerns, your provider can discuss whether another treatment would be more appropriate.
