What You May Be Noticing

When Your Neckline Starts to Look Different

Changes through the neck and lower face can subtly shift the appearance of your profile. The V-Line Tox focuses on the muscular activity behind some of the most noticeable changes.

Neck Fullness
Neck Wrinkles & Creases
Loose or Sagging Neck Skin
Platysmal Neck Bands
A MORE ELEGANT APPROACH

Refine the Neckline With a V-Line Tox

The V-Line Tox takes a strategic approach to one of facial aesthetics' most overlooked areas: the neck and lower face.

‍

Using precisely placed neuromodulator injections, treatment targets specific areas of the platysma, the broad muscle that extends through the neck and contributes to downward pull along the jawline. Relaxing targeted portions of this muscle can soften prominent neck bands and reduce that downward pull, creating a smoother-looking neckline and a more refined transition along the jaw.

‍

Treatment is quick, minimally invasive, and personalized to your natural anatomy, so the result feels subtle rather than overdone.

Subtle By Intention

A Little Lift Can Change the Look of Your Profile

The goal of a V-Line Tox isn’t to dramatically change the way you look. It’s to strategically soften the muscular pull that can make the neck and lower face appear less defined.

‍

Treatment is carefully mapped to your anatomy, with injections placed along targeted areas of the neck and jawline. The appointment itself is relatively quick, and most patients can return to their usual routine afterward.

‍

As the treated muscles begin to relax, results gradually become visible, leaving the neck looking smoother and the transition into the jawline more refined.

Who's An Ideal Candidate?

Is the V-Line Tox Right for You?

You may be a good candidate for a V-Line Tox if you’re beginning to notice changes through the neck and jawline but aren’t looking for a surgical approach.

‍

This treatment may be worth considering if you:

  • Notice visible vertical bands through the neck
  • Feel downward muscular pull is affecting your jawline definition
  • Want a smoother, more refined-looking neckline
  • Prefer a subtle injectable treatment with minimal downtime

Your consultation gives us a chance to look at what’s actually contributing to the changes you’re seeing and determine whether the Nefertiti Lift is the right approach.

REAL PATIENT EXPERIENCES

What Our Clients Say

Thoughtful treatment starts with listening. See what patients have to say about their experience with MW Aesthetics, from their consultations to the care they receive in the treatment room.

I absolutely loved my lip treatment with Malia! She was super informative, took her time, made sure to communicate with me during the process, and overall I just felt comfortable. I strongly recommend MW Aesthetics (and Malia).

Keala Wallwork

If you ask the dentist, phlebotomist or any other provider, they’ll tell you what a terrible patient I am around needles. Despite this, I found myself in Malia’s office wanting all the things that would make me feel like I wasn’t aging like a raisin. Before getting started, Malia explained what Botox can and cannot do and suggested additional services that we could try during my following appointment (there was no pressure to do more than what I had booked). She explained where she was planning on injecting and her focus on ensuring I didn’t walk out of there with a frozen face and unnaturally raised eyebrows. After realizing that Botox isn’t bad at all, I had an internal monologue and reminded myself after working what feels like 200 hours of overtime, I deserved a “treat yourself” moment and had filler done to address my larger concerns. Malia was patient with me and all my questions and explained things as we went along. I followed up with her about three weeks later and had a touch up for some areas. It you’re looking for a competent, funny and kind injector, Malia is definitely someone you should see. Five stars for Malia and the fact I can walk to her office from work.

Adrienne Boxer

Cherie Brown

I had the best experience with NP Malia Wolsey at MW Aesthetics. As a registered nurse, I did my homework before choosing an aesthetic provider. I wanted someone experienced, highly recommended, and committed to patient safety—and Malia exceeded every expectation. At 46 and navigating perimenopause, I’ve decided it’s time to invest in myself. Malia is knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I truly feel I’ve found my person for my aesthetic journey and look forward to continuing my care with her. Highly recommend!

Tana M. Perez

Malia was so friendly and responsive! She restored my self confidence and was so adept! I can’t wait to see her again, and my wallet isn’t as upset as it’d usually be!

A Few Things You May Be Wondering

Questions Before Your Nefertiti Lift?

Have questions? Our team is happy to assist you with anything from booking details to treatment recommendations.

Still have questions?
Will my neck look frozen or feel stiff afterward?

The goal is not to eliminate normal neck movement. Treatment is strategically placed to reduce targeted platysma activity while maintaining a natural look and feel. Your provider will determine placement and dosing based on your anatomy.

Will a V-Line Tox get rid of a double chin?

No. The V-Line Tox targets muscle activity, not excess fat beneath the chin. If submental fullness is contributing to your concerns, your provider can discuss whether another treatment would be more appropriate.

Can I combine a V-Line Tox with other treatments?

Potentially, yes. The neck can show changes related to muscle activity, skin quality, laxity, volume, or a combination of factors. Your provider may recommend complementary treatments when appropriate for your concerns.

Does getting injections in the neck hurt?

Most patients find the injections manageable and relatively quick. You may feel a brief pinch at each injection point, although individual sensitivity varies.

Are there any side effects I should know about?

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising may occur at the injection sites. Neuromodulator injections in the neck also carry less common risks, which your provider will discuss with you before treatment so you can make an informed decision.

Can I get a V-Line Tox if I’ve had Botox or another neuromodulator before?

Possibly. Previous neuromodulator treatment does not automatically rule out a V-Line Tox. Be sure to tell your provider which product you received, where it was injected, and when you were last treated so they can plan appropriately.

What happens after I claim the $599 offer?

After submitting the form, the MW Aesthetics team can guide you through the next steps for scheduling. Your provider will assess your neck and jawline before treatment to confirm that the Nefertiti Lift is appropriate for you.
