After seeing an ad on Instagram, I decided to take the leap and finally try botox treatments. I've always done facials and even have had lip filler in the past, but nothing on my face. No. The V-Line Tox targets muscle activity, not excess fat beneath the chin. If submental fullness is contributing to your concerns, your provider can discuss whether another treatment would be more appropriate.
Potentially, yes. The neck can show changes related to muscle activity, skin quality, laxity, volume, or a combination of factors. Your provider may recommend complementary treatments when appropriate for your concerns.
Most patients find the injections manageable and relatively quick. You may feel a brief pinch at each injection point, although individual sensitivity varies.
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising may occur at the injection sites. Neuromodulator injections in the neck also carry less common risks, which your provider will discuss with you before treatment so you can make an informed decision.
