Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At MW Aesthetics, we value your time and our team’s schedule. To ensure all clients receive quality care, we ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:

1. Cancellations or Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

3. No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, a no-show fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Emergencies
We understand unexpected situations happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate accommodations.

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting our team through phone, email, or your booking confirmation.
