  • Depending on the treatment, it can take 30–75 minutes, including consultation. First visits may run slightly longer to allow time for discussion and personalized planning.

  • Yes, I offer concierge and mobile for certain aesthetic services across Oʻahu. This is perfect for at-home treatments or events, including Botox Parties.

  • We understand that life can get busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We value your time and want to offer flexibility, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  • Yes! We offer free consultations that can be included on the same day as your service, if time allows. This gives us a chance to discuss your goals and customize your treatment plan.

  • No deposit is required to confirm your appointment. However, a credit card is needed to reserve your spot. Your card will only be charged if there is a no-show or late cancellation.

  • You can easily book an appointment online through our booking page, or you can reach out to us via phone or email to schedule your visit. We also offer in-person, mobile, and concierge options depending on your preferences.

  • At this time, we do not accept insurance for aesthetic or therapeutic treatments. However, we offer flexible payment options, including Cherry Payment Plans, to help make your treatments more affordable.

  • For your safety, we recommend that you avoid certain treatments like Botox and dermal fillers while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with us if you have questions about which services are safe during these times.

INJECTABLES (TOX & FILLER)

  • Botox, Dysport, and similar products relax facial muscles to soften dynamic wrinkles (like forehead lines or crow’s feet).
    Dermal fillers restore volume and shape — commonly used in lips, cheeks, jawline, and smile lines.

  • Most clients describe it as a quick pinch or pressure. I use numbing, distraction tools, and gentle techniques to keep you comfortable throughout your treatment.

  • Absolutely. My style is conservative and thoughtful — always aiming to enhance your natural features. You’ll still look like yourself, just more refreshed.

    • Tox: 3–7 days to begin working, full results in 2 weeks

    • Filler: Immediate, with swelling decreasing over 2–5 days

    • Sculptra: Gradual improvement over 4–12 weeks

  • Tox: About 3–4 months

    Filler: 6–12+ months depending on the area

    Sculptra: Up to 2 years, with a series of sessions

  • For injectables, we recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, and other blood-thinning medications 24-48 hours before treatment. For skin treatments like chemical peels or microneedling, avoid sun exposure and certain skincare products like retinols in the days leading up to your appointment. You’ll receive detailed pre-treatment instructions based on your service.
